Responsible for full P&L oversight for flexible packaging operation totaling 53 million in sales. Major customers included Smithfield foods, JBS, Olymel. Implemented Coveris Performance System in 2015 while moving the SQF quality system from LEVEL 2 SQF to LEVEL 3 SQF. Drove cost improvements to realize a 40% reduction in operational cost. Safety improvement driving 2 years incident free performance in a “self-directed” work force.
