Job Description-
Checking prescriptions to ensure that there are no errors and that they are appropriate and safe for the individual patient
Providing advice on the dosage of medicines and the most appropriate form of medication, for example, tablet, injection, ointment or inhaler;
Ensuring medicines are stored appropriately and securely;
Provide advices on selection of Over-The-Counter medications to treat common illnesses such as flu, cold sores, or headaches
Ordering, selling and controlling medicines and other stock
Providing advice about health issues, symptoms and medications in response to customer enquiries
Proper management of patient records and pharmacy files
Supervise pharmacy staff members including Jr.Pharmacist, Helper, etc.
