Creation of 100 seats in Sutherland Velachery, 6th floor using old workstations which were removed from Tidel office thereby saving Rs.10 lakhs.
Creation of 225 seats in Sutherland Velachery, Basement using old workstations which were removed from Tidel office thereby saving Rs.20 lakhs.
In House ICICI Bank ATM arranged in Saipem India Projects Ltd, for the benefit of staff.
Canteen with food arrangement made in Saipem India Projects Ltd for the benefit of staff.
Management of 32 Guest Houses with the help of one Maintenance staff and one Plumber in Saipem India Projects Ltd.
Installation of 600 KVA 415 V.3 Phase Generator and switchgear.
As Broadband Coordinator with DishnetDSL Ltd, the concept of four wire was made into
two wire thereby saving Rs.200,000/- per annum.
C Fold Hand Towels were discontinued and in its place hand dryers were installed in
Sutherland. This has resulted in a saving of Rs.24 lakhs per annum.
