Updates and Review the Purchase Orders received from Clients against to the company Quotation with Terms and Conditions for the Equipment or Manpower for a Daily/Weekly/Monthly Basis Hire Agreement and update the Validity

Coordinates with Clients Key Personnel/Site Supervisors after a Confirmed Job from Sales Team before deploying any Equipment on Jobsites to ensure Timecards are available with the Crew and all relevant documents are complete/valid till date

Planner for the Equipment (Cranes and Trailers) and Manpower for the upcoming confirmed Jobs

Admin Support–Updates the Validity of Documents from the Equipment (TPC; Registration & Insurance) and Manpower (Passports; QID; License, TPC and Trainings required

Supervise, Plans and Coordinates with Operations Department on the Daily Distributions of Equipment (Cranes and Trailers) and Manpower for the future Planning and any changes of Locations/Jobsites and updates for the additional and renewed documents require on Site
