Conduct problem based physical exams for new and existing clients and utilize evidence-based findings to corroborate differential and working diagnoses to enable the development of individualized treatment plans. Counsel patients on pre- and post-surgical expectations and anticipated outcomes. Coalesce with rehabilitative specialists to arrange postprocedural therapeutic care to optimize patient outcomes. Independently managed up to 15-30 primary patients per shift who were admitted for surgical procedures on the Adult Orthopedic Surgery unit. Subject matter expert in the performance of orthopedic trauma surgeries and skilled in the execution of procedures related to orthopedic joint, sport, hand, tumor, spine, foot and ankle operations. Conducted problem focused health assessments including interpretation of requested diagnostic labs and images to investigate patient’s chief complaints in an orthopedic setting as well as performed daily rounds.
