TD Bank offers banking, insurance, brokerage, Anti-Money Laundering and investment banking services in different places in US. The company is a subsidiary of the Canadian Toronto-Dominion Bank based in Toronto, Ontario.

Module 1:

Tetris Product Launch project will revise existing Consumer Credit Card Portfolio through CCM (Credit Card Management). Credit Card Management is a JEE Application that provides web access to common credit card management functions i.e. Product Transfer, Addition and Removal of Authorized Users and Balance of Account Transfer functionality (Create BOAT, Cancel BOAT & BOAT History). It provides a provision to do product transfer from one TD Card to another through the Branch Agents. It also provides functionality to request an Add-on User (Card) / Remove an Add-on user (Card) to the Primary Card Holder. For BOAT, it provides functionality for Balance of Account Transfer so that User can request to do Balance Transfer from Non-TD Cards to any of existing TD cards.

service of adding or removing authorized users from their existing TD consumer credit

card account at the retail branch channel. They would also like the retail branch to have

the ability to product transfer cards from one product to another.

Introducing this functionality at the retail branch channel is expected to drive sales/

outstanding growth through increased penetration of existing TDCT customer base

by incremental authorized user activity. It will also drive customer engagement, active

account growth and reduce voluntary attrition by enabling a more efficient and effective

product transfer process to migrate tenured customers into the right card. CCM is a new

application for servicing credit card customers in the retail branch space. It is a standalone

web application, but it is accessed through the Clear Customer Choices (C3) web

portal. It is used by the retail branch agent to perform the following services for the

The Hogan CIS database has been accumulating a large number of both customer and account level remarks during our normal operations and also as acquire other banking institutions. With the increase in the number of front-end applications, especially the M Tell and WEB applications, to increase system performance to keep all of these applications processing at acceptable levels. Therefore taking the existing remarks (customer and account level) and will be moving them to separate remarks databases/files. The customer remarks will no longer be housed on the CIF data-groups and the account remarks will no longer be housed on the AIF data-groups. Also going forward any new remarks (customer or account) will be housed on these separate databases/files.

This change will impact both on line and batch processing for CIS.

This process will be transparent to the front-end applications including: PACE, CSW, IVR, AKM, Retail and Business Web Banking, Teller as well as Native Hogan CIS. Additional processing improvements will be realized when the front-end applications also make provisions to pull only the necessary data required during their normal daily transaction processing.

Module 1


Home Loan Interface (HI) is a mainframe based application that uses COBOL, JCL, DB2, SPUFI, SQL, SAR, Endeavor, VSAM, MS-Access, CICS, Quality Center and File Manager to channel loan origination data to the various support systems and loan servicing functions in WAMU’s mortgage banking line of business. This is the core means from which the HI System provides value to the bank. The HI System operates in two environments, On line and Batch Processing Environment.


Executes the Test Cases and logs defects in Quality Center.

Maintains Requirement Traceability to ensure 100% coverage of requirements.

Takes care of Defect management and triaging and prepares Test Phase Summary Report.

Takes care of Test Environment management, Incident Reporting, UAT support, Status Reporting to the clients on a daily and weekly basis and Metrics monitoring.

Module 2 : STEP – HE

Step (System Technology For Production) is basically a web-based application which is a mixture of Point of Sale channels and Loan Origination systems, used to process loan applications. The main purpose of Step is to merge all the loan origination channels (POS) and the fulfilment channels (LOS) into a single system.

Module 3: Electronic Loan File

ELF aims at fulfilling the vision of having a completely digital loan file for retail loans. This includes the following high-level components specific to the TeleForm Enterprise Software scanning application:

Electronic documents are captured via scanning using Kodak i610 scanners and incoming faxes via Right Fax.

Document recognition, Image QC, Automatic index value extraction from recognized documents are done using TeleForm Enterprise Software scanning application.

Using HPII/HPII Gateway servers, images are committed and corresponding metadata is sent from TeleForm to the FileNet repository.

Remote Verification and QC of batches via Citrix.

The ELF Testing team will create digital images from paper loan documents, identify the documents by their WaMu document ID, couple these images with relevant metadata, and store the images in the FileNet Image Services repository. Scanned and faxed images will be processed by TeleForm and Oce Software; index values will be validated via a database lookup, and the images will be committed via a High Performance Image Import service named as the TeleForm-HPII Gateway service. Remote Verification and QC of batches via Citrix.

Process: The Base Data Conversion Process is the method used for the Total Benefits Administration team to take outside data from a client and "convert" the data into a "standard format" for use at Hewitt Associates. The ongoing maintenance of the data will be handled through a Graphical User Interface (GUI) utility. GUI is a graphical user interface to access TBA. It is used primarily to inquire about person data or run events to update data. Using GUI testing tool, we can enroll the participants in health benefits. Managed the team of 11 FTE’s as Team Lead.

The purpose of the project is to outline the requirements of the scheduling system (Schedpro) and the Demand Management System (FuelGauge). The scheduling system is used to effectively schedule the workdays of the providers working in Kaiser Health Centers in the Hawaii Region. The Demand Management System predicts the demand for the appointments of doctors for each workday of the year based on history data. The Demand Management System also presents a comparison of the predictions with the actuals to help in analyzing the demand and planning the schedules accordingly.
