Commissioning of special equipments for CHP such as rock breaker, apron feeders, suspended magnet, Dust extraction and Dust suppression system.

Hands on experience with ABB Industrial Drives such as Soft Starter, VFD (PST, ACS Series), Relays (REM615, REF615 & REU Series) and Breakers (VD & VSC Series).

Maintenance Planning includes preventive and breakdown maintenance, greasing of motors, bearing replacement of damaged bearings and regular tightness checkups for control panels.

SAP Material Module, Plant Maintenance, Module Maintenance, Purchase Requisitions.

Troubleshooting of problems raised during operation.

Electrical Instrument i.e. suspended magnet, ILMS, PCS, BSS, Chute vibrator, Flap gate, Rack pinion gate, Weigh Feeder all types motor maintenance & operation.

Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of all HT motor i.e. (1700KW,900KW, 500KW,400KW,315KW) And LT motor i.e.(132KW,90KW,75KW,45KW,7.5KW,4KW,2.2KW).

There are all type electrical switchgear maintenance i.e. (ABB, Schneider, Siemens, L&T).

Participate in Plant Safety Management (PSM) and review of work safety.

Shift schedule, Coordination EPC Contractors, Package suppliers.
