ELITE GROUP OF TECHNOLOGIES- INTERNSHIP

I was taught to build a car (ATV) on our own with their assistance.

We designed a chassis on the solid works.

Fabricated the chassis referring to the design from solid works.

We were divided into groups wherein our group was given the responsibility of fixing steering system (Maruti 800) and brakes (hydraulic brakes).

The designing and all the parameter calculations (brake force, steering ratio, gear ratio, etc.) was completed in the duration of 13 days.

The fabrication of chassis and assembling all the parts took us 15 days.

(09 JULY 2018 to 23 JULY 2018).

CAE TECHNICAL TRAINING-ROYOTA (AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS)

In this training, we were taught about the product designing.

We had hands on experience on the software (LS DYNA) used for product development process.
