Manages & monitor leasing negotiations, constantly monitor store performances and hunt for new local & international brands.

Manages, monitors & enhance SLAs of contracting agencies (House Keeping, Security, MEP Maintenance, Fire Fighting, CCTV, Pest Control, Land Scape etc).

100% compliance with Civil Defense, Municipality, Para Medic etc.

Confirm that the workplace complies with health & safety requirements, Ensure FM, Fire Safety teams and all risk prevention mechanisms are in place with routine monitoring.

Manages Signage’s, Kiosks, & Marketing & Events & Promotions.

Envisage shoppers/tenant needs and take appropriate action and ensure high level of shopper/tenant satisfaction.

Maintain and up-lift standards of operating procedures.
