Project Title : A DISTURBED Dos ATTACK DETECTION BASED ON QUERY EVALUATION IN SLIP Duration : Dec 2017 – Mar 2018

Basic Description of the Project

The aim of the project is prevent Dos attack for clear communication. Its need to using PCDTA in slip. In this method to easy to find attack from using helliger distance . Web servers are vulnerable to a range of Denial of Service (DoS) attacks. These DoS attacks can render the servers/proxy servers unusable by depleting memory and CPU time. The existing flooding detection schemes are inefficient in detecting low-rate or may even totally fail when flooding is launched in a multi-attribute manner by simultaneously. The proposed method is an online detection scheme to identify of DoS attacks namely flooding attacks and coordinated attacks. A Discrete Event System DES with futuristic DoS attack mitigation scheme is proposed with “Probabilistic Counting Deterministic Timed Automata (PCDTA)” to detect and thwart DoS operations.
