I am an advanced practice nurse with 19 years clinical experience currently seeking employment within a busy clinical setting. Although I am grateful for the opportunity I've had to work and learn within the palliative care specialty, the independent, in-home setting has not proven to be where I feel most comfortable or perform my best. Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner - Aspire Health - Nashville, TN August 2018 to Present

Providing quality palliative care for patients dealing with complex, advanced stage medical diagnoses

(cancer, COPD, CHF, connective tissue/auto-immune disorders, CKD, cirrhosis, etc). This is accomplished while collaborating with the patient’s other medical providers in attempt to maintain a team approach.
