Main Project Features: Project involves 12 Major bridges, 140 Minor bridges, affected structures due
to alignment, etc. The length of the Major Bridges varies from 60 m to 179 m.

Project Title: Kurla Flyover on proposed 5th& 6th line on CSTM Kurla Railway line under MUTP Phase – II and other structures such as Station Building and skywalk.

Main Project Features: Flyover is of length 1.1145 Km using PSC Girders with primary span 20.465 m and other spans of 31.30 m, 31.05 m, 19.735 m and 13.4 m. It has 2 abutments and 59 piers. The deck width is varying from 5.5 m for single track to 12 m for 2 tracks including footpath of 1 m width. The vertical clearance is 5.9 m and superstructure is of PSC girders with deck slab.
Pile foundations are proposed with 1.2 m dia. piles. Pile caps are of 1.8 m depth. Piers are circular with 1.8 m dia. Pile cap depth varies from 0.9 m to 1.4 m. Wherever flyover crossed the existing Railway line portal type piers are proposed.
Station building starts from pier P20 and end at P35, having length of 302.86 m and width varies from 23.5 m to 28 m.
A skywalk is proposed between pier P21 and P40. Width of skywalk is 6 m. Structure consists of pile foundation, RC Pier and steel superstructure.
Activities Performed: Planning, analysis and design of Substructure and foundation for flyover as per IRS, CBC, Bridge Rule Codes and IRC codes. Review of superstructure design by consultant. Guiding team of engineers for design and resolving site issues.

Project Title: Ludhiana Metro Project / Monorail / American Maglev Technology

Main Project Features:
Corridor-I : Total length of 15.798 Km from Ayali Chowk to BBMB Power House. The elevated
length is 11.362 Km and Underground length is 4.436 Km. The No. of underground stations are 4
while the Elevated are 14.
Corridor-II: Total length of 13.035 Km from Gill Village to Rohan Road Chungi. The elevated
length is 5.806 Km and Underground length is 7.229 Km. No. of underground stations are 7 while
the Elevated are 6.
Activities Performed: Involved in the review of cost estimate prepared DMRC for Metro Rail. The parallel study is carried out using American Maglev Technology to reduce the cost of construction. The spans of 26.0 m with precast inverted U- type Girder is proposed for superstructure. Circular single pier with Mono pile is considered for substructure and foundation.
Project Title: Four Laning of Pune - Solapur section of NH 9 in Maharashtra under NHDP Phase
III on DBFOT (Toll) basis from Km. 40.00 to Km. 144.40 for NHAI

Bhigwan flyovers), 7 VUP’s( 2x15x5.5), 13 PUP’s/ Cattle passes ( 6x3.5), 1 ROB( 2x21.0+1x23) and 281 Culverts.
Activities Performed: Design of Major Bridge, Flyover, causeways, culverts and toll plaza
buildings & canopy structure. Review of designs and drawings submitted by design consultant in co-ordination with PMC and site for design related issues.
Project Title: Four Laning of HospetChitradurgasec.of NH 50 in Karnataka Km. 299 to 418.

Activities Performed: Design basis and design review of PUP, Minor bridges, culverts, etc.
submitted by contractor and resolving the design related issues at site.
Project Title: 4 Laning of BeawarPaliPindwara section of NH14 from Km. 0.00to Km. 244.12 in the state of Rajasthan under NHDP Phase III on DBFOT (Toll ) Basis.
Project cost: approx. Rs. 1928 Cr.
Project Title: 6- Laning of Ahmedabad Vadodara section of NH-8 and NE-1 to be executed as BOT (Toll) project on DBFOT pattern under NHDP Phase-V.

Project Title: Construction of Pre-stressed bridge at Andheri for MMRDA, and underpasses &

Project Title: Mumbai IV-Water Supply Project, BMC, Mumbai

Main Project Features: The project involves water tunnel at middle Vaitarna and Bhandup, water pipeline, water treatment plant, etc.
Activities Performed: Review of various structures like Aquazer-V filter of capacity of 900 MLD (Asia’s biggest WTP), Sludge Thickners, Flocculators, Clarifiers, etc. at Bhandup, Mumbai. Designed 15 m span steel bridge for water pipeline of 5.5. m diameter.
Project Title: Construction of new Airport at Pakyong, Sikkim, AAI, Delhi

Main Project Features: The proposed new airport was planned in a 200 acres area in a mountainous
region of Sikkim. Lot of cutting and filling was required to make a flat platform and the it involved
earth retaining Reinforced earth walls, gabion walls, etc. slope stability and slope protection and also
developments like water supply, storm water drainage system, roads, geotechnical, topographical
survey, obstacle limitation survey, review of master planning as ICAO standards. The runway width
of 30 m and basic strips including runway was 80 m on either side. The runway length was 2100 m
crossing 6 drainage culverts below the runway.
Activities Performed: Design of structures like culverts, drains, retaining walls, etc. Worked as a
design manager and involved in coordination with consultants.
Project Title: Master Plan for storm water drainage, Mumbai International Airport, MIAL

involved surveying, bar bending schedules, contractor’s billing, quality control, client billing, etc.
The precision required for quality control of formwork and concrete was less than the tolerable limit
set by the Indian Standard codes.
Project Title: Office building for TOYO Engg. Ind. Ltd., Kanjurmarg, Mumbai.

schedule, estimation and billing of contractors and client, interior finishing items, plumbing, quality
