DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-charge of the Snagging both thru documentation and execution of work at the site to ensure snags are being taken care of and meets the requirement of the consultant as per standard.
• Coordinates with the site team for the rectification of snags as per stipulated in the SnagR system.
• Evaluates the snags if it is under the contract before execution and report immediately to initiate necessary action.
• Taking off RED LINE for preparation of As Built Drawing.
• Responsible in preparing Operation and Maintenance Manual and other close out documents.
