OBJECTIVE

Being a Sales officer I have travelled a lot especially in the North Eastern part of India and negotiated with a lot of people in my everyday work and there by developed a skill to Communicate with people and getting the job done. Gaining experience about Maintenance and inspection of various static and rotary equipment of a petrochemical plant.

Have knowledge and understanding of

Pumps ( API classifications, different parts, lubricants, alignments and other preventive maintenances as required ).

Seals and seal plans (Mechanical Seals) as described by API .

Heat Exchangers Shell and tube type ( As described by TEMA ), Plate type and Spiral type. And Surface Condensers.

Cooling Tower and auxiliary equipment s of it.

Basic Piping and piping joints, i.e. flanges, Gaskets etc. And their insulation, different Valves etc.

Line tracing, P&ID

Storage Tanks – Spheres, Floating head .

Inspection Cleaning and testing methods : Hydro jetting, Hydro Testing, Ultrasonic testing.

Having a basic knowledge and understanding of fabrication.

Preparing work reports

And finally have experience in handling small team of workers and completing assigned works within stipulated time.

Beside all these

After working and being a part of a large organisation for a whole 1 year i believe i have the understanding and knowledge of how things actually work in the ground level, the problems and complications which arise which are completely different from theory. Observing and working closely in some critical situations like manpower shortage, Shutdown maintenances has given me the knowledge to tackle real problems.
