I set molds into nessie and Toshiba presses ranging from 40 ton electric toggle and hydraulic ram and hydraulic toggle to 610 ton. Along with processing tools during startup and when any change happens in the part or if a picker or robot malfunctioned. I also know arburg, Cincinnati, kawaguchi, vandorn, husky, and engle plastic injection presses. Along with Samsung, sepro, Wittman, yuccin, engle, and conair pickers and 3 axes robots.

This is where I learned how to set dies into injection machines at a faster pace and to make sure my work space is clean and the die change was done to process and the machine was set to The process sheet. At this company I worked from a range of 1000 ton Cincinnati ram press to 310 ton arburg. And learning a lot about newer sepro 3 axes robots and a newer material feeding system. I also learned about dual injection Cincinnati machines and hydraulic rotating dual injection molds. And the older hydralic push dual injection molds. This company is where I learned how to start up and process out molds to make sure they were running good parts and completing start up sheets along with taking the right measurements for quality.

This was my first plastic injection factory. I worked as a press op for 2 and a half months before getting promoted to material handler. Which I worked for a year before being promoted to a utility operator which entitled me being a mold setter and a material handler at the same time. This is where I also learned how to operate a forklift. The only reason why I left this job was because I had to move cities. Education
