• Ghana Airports Company Limited:
As a Shift Team Leader, I supervise Electro-mechanical Technician - Engineers and third - party contractors who do maintenance, servicing, repair works and operations on the baggage handling systems equipment to achieve optimum working operations of the conveyor belts, motor drives and Siemens SCADA monitoring systems.
• I-Engineering Ghana Limited:
As a Regional Technical Supervisor, I supervised fourteen Electro-Mechanical field technicians across the region from August 2014 to March, 2015 and about 195 MTN mobile cell sites by then, to ensure 99.9 percentage availability target of mobile telecommunication network by ensuring sites power (generators, electrical installations, rectifiers, back-up batteries etc.) systems and air condition readiness at all times to meet client service level agreement.
I lead day to day correspondence of operational activities with Electro-Mechanical Field Technicians, Management and Client.
• Vodafone Ghana Limited:
As a Power Engineer, I supervised third party contractors that do maintenance, servicing, installations of generators, UPS, back-up batteries, rectifiers etc. for Vodafone Ghana mobile cell sites from November 2010 to April, 2014. I performed quality checks on Vodafone Networks and ensured that contractors work efficiently and effectively to achieved a better network service provision to consumers. I also conducted unannounced regular power and network audits and ensure that power supply to network equipment is adequate for the load required both at Vodafone sites and Customers end.
I conducted Performance and Acceptance Test (PAT) for new installations done by contractors at Vodafone cell sites.
