King Abdullah Financial District Project is mix use development with a total area of 1.6 million square meters and3.3 million square meters up area, it is located at RIYADH is to be anew major center for financial services on a global status. The whole of development is divided in to 4 zones.
Zone-3 consist of 8 no’s high rise buildings 37 floors l level with 4 basements including 5 star hotel,height 149 meter,total gross floor area 1,062,846 m2 &total 8 building area 51,666m2 .
Role in this project
:
1-Assist the PD & PM
2-Lead the MEP – staff/ team & monitor their activity to get best result by following the contract documents.
3-Final reviewing and approving all submittals ( drawing, materials, MIR,IR,SON, …ext. )method statements, T&C procedure, Payment, before returned to contractor.
4-Attending the meeting ( progress, coordinate, client )
5- Follows up contractors to find out the best solution to any issues affecting the progress or the quality of work.
6-Visiting the site to ensure the quality, progress, conflicts, problems
7-Report to PM & PD for any delays and critical items affecting progress or handing over the project.
8-Attending factory test for the major equipments .
9-Follow up the weekly & monthly reports ( DAR & Client )
10-Follow up the weekly Client consulting management report( Meinhardt).
