•Developed manufacturing procedures, including procuring and maintaining the necessary process equipment.
•Set up automatic test equipment including software programs for testing the performance of all these sensors for Manufacturing, Research and Quality Control.
•Wrote the ISO9000 procedures and documents for the manufacturing of all these sensors.
•Developed testing protocol for approvals of these sensors with the following testing agencies: Factory Mutual(FM), Canadian Standards Association(CSA) and the European Standards ATEX, and others.
