Attracted Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company as partner who provided seed capital and mezzanine financing. Within 18 months grew company revenues to $ 10 million. Small company which contracted with large medical companies such as Hospital Corporation of American, Baxter and Smith and Nephew for Ophthalmic instruments and disposables.

Dental Care Alliance-(Multi group practice throughout the U.S.) Mergers & Acquisitions

Responsibilities for financial and clinical viability of practices in GA and PA. Provided acquisitions and merger expertise for purchases of dental practices throughout the states of Georgia and Pennsylvania. Developed strategy to successfully grow practices from $ 15 million to $ 21 million in 18 months with an EBITDA of 22%.

I amalgamated successful practices while closing non-performing practices. I provided yearly budgets and proforma for the practices and monitored each practice. I acted as operating officer for many practices. I hired and monitored the professional staffs and added specialty care when it was needed.
