conducted word count and co-occurrence on Twitter, New York Times, and Common Crawl data related to

several sub-topics in sports. Used Tableau to provide visualization.

• Exploratory Data Analysis of the 2018-2019 flu season: I recreated several of the CDC’s charts with R, and also analyzed correlations between certain Twitter hashtags and flu prevalence by location with another student.

• Machine Learning: I implemented several types of machine learning algorithms with a group of students, including linear regression, neural network, and

Bayesian classifier.

• TranspirationMonitor: Using an embedded system,

transpiration data for a plant is recorded and then displayed via a web server.

• Pintos: I implemented scheduling and use of user programs in a basic operating system.

• AminoAcidFind: A program used to identify locations of a particular amino acid in a formatted text file.

• Analysis of the Gene Cluster Controlling Cucurbitacin Biosynthesis: I used tools such as BLAST to analyze prevalence of paralogs, and cluster formation in plants.
