As a building manager, I planned, coordinated, and provided logistic support for the Command while supporting both military and civilian personnel in multiple Command departments and facilities. Additionally my duties included planning, managing and directing multiple activities, to include maintenance, repair, security, safety, property accountability, space utilization and management, office layout, remodeling, alterations, securing and maintaining appropriate levels of support services related to facilities, property, and space.
I also directed logistical activities to include planning, programming, and budgeting for supplies and services required for supporting the Command. Further duties required I develop and execute annual maintenance plans and to coordinate with base facility emergency action and response for catastrophic events and disaster recovery capabilities within the Command.
