Responsible for the design and implementation of migrating our systems from NT 4.0 to Windows 2000, then to Windows XP, Windows 7, and ultimately Windows 10. Utilized Microsoft WDS and Windows AIK to create and deploy a unified image across multiple hardware platforms. Utilized Powershell scripts, batch files, and visual basic to accomplish customized installations.
Pioneered Lunch and Learn training classes that made for a smooth transition of operating systems. Also created introductory through advanced technical training of Microsoft software. Offered these classes several times throughout the year.
