Organisation: AL Jaber LEGT Engineering & Contracting (ALEC) L.L.C. Responsibility : 1. Reviewing Sub-contractors prequalification, material submittals, method statement, and preparing material submittals and method statement with ITP based on scope of works. 2. Implement the project quality control procedures, inspections and test plans, and construction procedures.
3. Looking after all aspect related to project quality assurance and quality control of structures.
4. Coordinating and attending progress, kick-off meeting with sub-contractor for various activities. 5. Liaison with other building services.
6. Issuing and administering non-conformance reports as necessary to the subcontractors and ensure follow up.
7. Reporting to the QA & QC Manager / Project Manager any deficiencies in the operation of quality management and control system.
8. Verifying and responding to the site memos, CARs and NCRs generated from the consultant/client. 9. Inform and taking necessary actions with Site Management for any deviation regarding the contract.
10. Conducting inspection for all Civil & Architectural works, in coordination between Site Engineers as per approved specification, approved drawing and method of statement. 11. Conducting material inspections in compliance with approved material submittals. 12. Involving into construction activities and managing to get good quality works. 13. Initiating proposals and solutions by coordination with consultant & subcontractors. 14. Internal snagging and closing out with sub-contractors. 15. Closing out the Final punch list from Consultant with the support of site execution team. 16. Ensuring:-
o Daily site inspection, periodical offsite inspection and completion of necessary, Documentation to verify the work performs. Inspection request are implemented. o Quality of materials and installation of works are in accordance for the project. o Control calibrated measuring and test equipment used on the project.
