Pertinent Biographical Information:

I hold a Bachelors Degree from the Karshi Engineering and Economic Institute. I was recently employed by Hyundai Engineering Co., Ltd. as a Piping Field Engineer; my project is was located in the Kandym Fields located in the Republic of Uzbekistan. I am currently interested in positions with USA Based Engineering and Construction organizations with contracts in continual United States but will also consider Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Work Experience:

March 2016 – Present Guest of the United States of America, worked as a (non-paid) volunteer tour guide in the City of New York while awaiting Green Card processing and issue of a Social Security Card. During this time period returned to Uzbekistan in order to maintain “Visitor” Status required by Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency. Right to Work Status and Social Security Card have now been granted.

April 2014 – Jan 2016 Hyundai Engineering CO.LTD; Kandym group of fields in the Northern part of Uzbekistan, Bukhara region. Current Job Title, Piping Field Engineer. Responsible for daily inspections of pipeline installations, review of subcontractor installation records such as Welding, PWHT, X-Ray, Ultrasonic, Holiday detector, Adhesive, Insulation and Survey; Monitor inventory of material in receiving and storage to include daily oversight of material in receiving inspection, daily inspection of wellhead junction points to pipeline, daily inspection of HDD channel crossing works, monitor and provide oversight of subcontractor hydro tests after HDD completion and translate finding in several languages; Conduct the daily pre-job briefing to all craft personnel, attend a weekly EPC schedule meeting and provide installation progress and updates to Construction Management noting schedule restraints such as material and craft shortages, equipment failures, installation errors and documentation deficiencies.

Sept 2012 - Dec 2013 Murabek Gas Processing Plant (GPP) in Uzbekistan, Kashkadaryo Region. First assignment as a Piping Field Engineer completing the construction of a Methane Gas Station which supported the Mubarek Gas Treatment Facility. Duties included maintaining inventory of construction materials and equipment, oversight of prime sub-contractor workforce, supervision of a smaller local local construction firm performing services directly to Mubarek Gas, providing prime sub-contractor and direct hire local work force with updated drawings and construction schedules and monitored all project personnel for compliance with safety and reliability standards.

May 2008 - June 2011 Student; Returned to Karshi Engineering Economical Institute and continued full-time study. Graduated June 2011 with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the Department of Oil and Gas.

Dec 2006 - April 2008. HALLIBURTON, Kellogg, Brown and Root, US Army Base “PHOENIX” in Kabul Afghanistan; Job Title Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) inspector responsible for Analyze risks and hazards associated with construction activities and established control and preventive measures to mitigate risk to the environment for workers; Obtained necessary permits and authorization from safety regulatory offices to ensure safe and accident free construction practices; maintain and issued protective equipment (PPE) as part of safety measures; Provided training in safety practices to site staff and workforce.; Carried out HSE audits and inspections on site to check the status and effectiveness of the system and equipment; Instructed and supervised entire AIS activities to ensure site security; Instituted safety measures at each construction zone location to resolve safety Instructed AIS, ATS and Subcontractors in matters pertaining to safety issues; Prepared and utilized HSE plan for each site.
