Responsibilities and Activities:

Preparation and Review of Shop Drawings, Construction drawings, As-built drawings & Design drawings.

Preparation and Review of Material Submittals, Prequalification submittals, Third party Inspector CVs and Documents

Preparation and Review of Method Statement, Inspection and Test Plan, O & M Manual, Spare parts and Handing Over documents.

Preparation and Review of FAT & SAT procedures, RFITs, FAT & SAT reports and Testing & Commissioning documents.

Installation and Supervision of MEP works, Lighting, Small power, Public Address system, Radio Network, FDAS, CCTV, ACS, BMS and Telephone.

Supervision for the installation of ITS Equipments, Gantry and Digital signboards.

Installation and Supervision of PLC/SCADA for Tunnel Lighting Control system, Pumping stations MCCs, Fire pumps and equipments.

Oversee of Generator Fuel oil system, Bulk & Day storage tanks, Fire alarm, Fire fighting, Ventilation Fan, Air quality monitoring system, Gas detection system and Irrigation Network.

Installation and supervision of LV, 11kV, 66kV, 132kV and 220kV Cable works including testing and commissioning.

Installation and supervision of Street lighting, Tunnel/Underpass/Under bride, Decorative lightings and Building lightings. Including Dimmers, Lighting Control Panel and PLC.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Supervision of 33kV, 22kV, 11/0.415kV Substations, Package Substations and Pumping stations. Which includes, 33kV, 22kV & 11kV Switchgears, TRM, QRM, Transformers, FSFP, LV Panel, Bus duct, Bus raiser, MCC Panel, FP, Service cabinet, MDB, SMDB, ESMDB, DB, PLC Panel, RTU, LCP, Generator, Pumps, UPS, CBS, Control Panels, Fire Alarm panels, Gas detection system, Over head line works, Earthing & lightning protection and etc.

Preparation of Covering letters, Comment Report sheets, Interaction reports and Transmittals.

Preparation and Verification of Voltage drop calculations, Cable schedule, Electrical Load Schedule, Current carrying capacity calculations and etc.

ATCT (Air Traffic Control Centre), DVOR and Runway visual range equipments installation.

Preparation of HSE Report, Weekly report, Daily report, Take 5, Surveillance Report and NCRs.

Review and preparation of Project planner, Schedule, Progress report, Minutes of Meeting, Damage reports, site progress reports, Project presentations and progress status report.

Aware of Kahramaa, QCS 2010/2014, QCDD, ADDC, ADNOC and Project Specifications.

Proper Co-ordination with contractor, Sub Contractors, Project Management, End users and Client Testing & commissioning and handing over team.

Having experience in As Built documentation, Variation order, Site Instructions, change request and Final Bill.

Assisted with Junior & Senior Engineers to follow the site activities on regular basis.

Raised Request for Information (RFI’s) to the Consultant to get clarification on the missing details and standards in the contract drawings and specifications.
