Pioneer Natural Resources 2012- present Irving, TX Responsible for all environmental compliance issues associated with Pioneer Hydraulic Fracturing Sand Division, Pioneer Pumping Services Division, and Pioneer Well Services Division with operations in Texas, Colorado, California, and Ohio. Developed a single environmental management system that is used by all locations. Formed field based Environmental Subcommittees comprised of operations personnel that identified improvement opportunities for spill prevention, waste management, storm water management, and SPCC compliance. Led a project with Drilling, Completions, and Facilities that resulted in over $10 million a year cost savings by eliminating sized containment on drill pads. Worked with Legal and Land on many divestitures of non-core assets. Obtained a New Source Review Air Permit for a new sand plant in Texas. Developed waste management systems for hazardous and universal waste streams as well as routine waste streams for all facilities. Developed training modules for Environmental Awareness, Air, SPCC, Storm Water Management, and Waste Management and presented training to operations personnel at all facilities annually.
