As Senior Pre-Sales Engineer for multiple product lines, I was responsible for all technical aspects within the sales team for Applied Innovation Inc. Responsibilities as technical leader of the account team include: Identifying customer requirements, technical product presentations, OSS/Network Management design and integration, Hardware implementation for proof of concept, RFP/RFI response, and all related pre and post sales activities for Applied Innovation. Specialist in layer 2 and 3 communication protocols, Optical transport, wireless voice and data networking, RFID/sensor data acquisition, in/out of band network management, OSS strategies within enterprise and tier 1 carrier networks.
