Study on Types of I.C Engines Jan 2019-Present

• Developed designs of four stroke engine using SolidWorks to increase the efficiency.

• Conducted research on History of I.C Engines, Disadvantages and Improvements that could be done.

• Performed study on Vibrations in Engine and techniques to minimize it. Design and Manufacture of Roll Cage and Panel of a F-3 type Race Car June 2017-April 2018

• Designed 3D model of roll cage using SolidWorks.

• Performed Stress/Strain analysis on roll cage with different types of impact, used ANSYS Workbench for verification of distribution of stress.

• Manufactured Roll Cage and Panel by using Machine Technologies like lathe, welding and grinding etc.

• Designed and Tested the Impact attenuator of F-3 type race car.

• Participated in SAE Competition and passed 3 out of 5 safety tests. Determination of Engine health Jan 2018-Feb 2018

• Collected Force vs crank angle values based on strokes of an engine as input.

• Calculated variation of Pressure, Inertial Torque, Total torque and plotted it against Crank angle.

• Developed a program in MATLAB in which it plots angular frequency against crank angle.
