Duties and Responsibilities (Civil and MEP Works)

Clearing municipal transactions and civil defense as-well as mathematical calculations in studying charts, calculation of quantities of prices

Ensures that Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the schedule, frequency and task lists and provides reports on any works required thereafter.

Carries out site inspection on a random basis to monitor the benchmark of work and schedule and coordinates with other teams and ensures satisfactory completion of work.

Supervision for the Installation of high finishing works that includes installation high quality of glass (glazing) plaster, doors, paving, tiling, parquet flooring, false ceiling, painting, external and internal cladding installations.

Wall and ceiling Finishes Paint, Wall Arts, Marble Cladding, Ceramic cladding, GRP, GRC, GRG & Gypsum board cladding.

Supervision for the installation of Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical works (MEP)

Site supervision and labour chief for all finishing items under all quality control requirements. Parallel with the time planning to meet site schedule and inspecting date

Giving management to the site manager for the site condition
