Wastewater Facilities Manager – Inframark Water Infrastructure Operations, March 2017 – March 2019 - Responsible for all aspects of contract operations and Permit compliance for 30 MGD WWTP in Bridgeport, CT. Oversee activities of all Operations, Maintenance, Instrumentation, Laboratory and Collection System personnel 24/7. Ensure uninterrupted service and reliability of SCADA System, PLCs, CMMS and related telemetry systems. Oversee Asset Management, Risk Management, Emergency Response, H&S Programs and overall budget.

Senior Construction Manager – Black & Veatch Corporation Feb. 2013 – March 2017 Managed all aspects of field construction activities at the Cox Creek Water Reclamation Facility in Curtis Bay, MD. Successfully completed a $84M upgrade, including two new 33KV underground electrical services and distribution system. Instrumentation galore. Responsible for ensuring compliance with contract specifications & drawings, coordinating activity sequences associated with demolition, excavation, structural, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, etc... Conducted weekly coordination meetings and monthly progress meetings. Supervised site Engineers and Inspectors. Accountable for all pay applications and overall financial management. Responsible for testing & acceptance of all electrical & mechanical equipment, systems and processes.

Commissioning Program Manager – AECOM Water Nov. 2011- Feb. 2013 Developed, implemented and managed plant-wide commissioning activities at the 370 MGD Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant in Washington D.C. Program components included asset management, equipment and system testing & training, system integration & coordination and execution of fifteen (15) construction contracts in conjunction with ongoing plant operations – scope valued at 10M over six years.

Director, O&M Services – AECOM Water Aug. 2006 – Nov. 2011 Successfully managed operations & maintenance services contracts on-time and within-budget at NYCDEP’s Wards Island, Bowery Bay and Owls Head Water Pollution Control Plants. Served as facilitator for vendor training program and responsible for all deliverables to the client.

Wastewater Operations Manager – Hazen and Sawyer, P.C 2000-2006 Developed and delivered Operator Pocket Guides for Solids Processing at each of the NYCDEP Centrifuge Dewatering Facilities. Conducted Vendor Training and Startup Assistance Programs at Newtown Creek WPCP, Brooklyn, NY., Jamaica WPCP, Queens, NY., and Tallman Island WPCP, Queens, NY. Served as Secretary/Treasurer and Program Chairman for NYWEA’s Metropolitan Chapter.

Senior Technical Specialist – Metcalf & Eddy of New York 1995-2000 Conducted numerous water/wastewater and lift station startup, testing and training programs at facilities in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Detroit, Kansas City - including several in Puerto Rico and Mexico.
