Wastewater Facilities Manager – Inframark Water Infrastructure Operations, March 2017 – March 2019 - Responsible for all aspects of contract operations and Permit compliance for 30 MGD WWTP in Bridgeport, CT. Oversee activities of all Operations, Maintenance, Instrumentation, Laboratory and Collection System personnel 24/7. Ensure uninterrupted service and reliability of SCADA System, PLCs, CMMS and related telemetry systems. Oversee Asset Management, Risk Management, Emergency Response, H&S Programs and overall budget.

Senior Construction Manager – Black & Veatch Corporation Feb. 2013 – March 2017 Managed all aspects of field construction activities at the Cox Creek Water Reclamation Facility in Curtis Bay, MD. Successfully completed a $84M upgrade, including two new 33KV underground electrical services and distribution system. Instrumentation galore. Responsible for ensuring compliance with contract specifications & drawings, coordinating activity sequences associated with demolition, excavation, structural, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, etc... Conducted weekly coordination meetings and monthly progress meetings. Supervised site Engineers and Inspectors. Accountable for all pay applications and overall financial management.
