DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Prepare pre-qualification documents both standard as well as project specific questionnaires.

• Responsible to assign tasks, follow up and coordinate with internal departments such as Design department, Estimation dept. Procurement dept and manufacturing team, suppliers etc to ensure fulfillment of the project’s requirement.

• Responsible for all documents control & maintenance.

• Making quotation of project and Assisting in compiling of tenders.

• Responsible for all drawings & documentation follow up from internal departments

• Responsible to update Document Transmittal Status (DTS), Material Status.

• Responsible of preparing compliance as per project Specification.

• Timely maintaining project progress report.

• Estimation & Design of different types of Enclosures such as;

Prisma & Blokset (Schneider Electric)

• Modification of technical specifications, work scope and drawings are properly documented and arrange SUBJECT: - “ELECTRICAL ENGINEER”

• Inspecting Degree of protection of Enclosure

• Functional test as per drawings / procedure.

• Short circuit study report to design panels appropriately.

• Heat calculation in order to provide the desire Bus bars & Breakers sizing.

• Technical issues arising during manufacturing of LV components; Switchgears, Panel Board, ATS, Circuit Breakers etc.

• Design models of new projects using available design tools & programming.

• Follow up for the preparation of As-Built Drawings.

• To make sure that estimation of complete project is appropriate in accordance with company’s pricing

• Standards and stick to the client’s requirement while offering competitive & comprehensive pricing.

• Identify area of improvement and cost reduction in order to complete all the projects within the budget.

• Prepare, Update & Maintain Tender status, Project status, Material status, record minutes of meetings, Component’s Manufacturing status etc.,

• Follow up with production team for production files; confirm the production list, missing items.

• Coordinate with clients for delivery as per the Company’s Policies & Procedures.

• Responsible to complete the project on time committed to Client.

• Preparing BOQ of Structure Cabling such as Patch Panels, Patch Cords, Pigtails, Cat cabels, Fiber Optic Cables Data Center Cabinets – (Belden Brand)
