MENA FOBO Controls Analyst

PepsiCo UAE: January 2018 to present

• Manage the A&M budget tracking for the UAE bottlers

• Handle the Claim Review Process for the bottlers’ reimbursements

• Handle the alignment, approval and processing of payments to suppliers

• Assist in managing the SAP budget set up and amendments and ensure that proper GL codes and WBSs are assigned to all spending transactions as per the black-swan classification

• Perform quarterly A&M budget reconciliations between SAP and Skelta

• Assist in the review of year end accrual process

• Support the FOBO Controller in building Cash Flow assumptions by providing accu- rate and timely A&M payments forecasts

• Coordinate between Marketing, Franchise and FOBO Controls to ensure timeliness in FOBO Control Deliverables

• Assist the team in the preparation and analysis of all FOBO Control related submis- sions to Region

Corporate Functions Assistant

PepsiCo UAE: February 2016 to December 2017

• Support the Commercial Finance team during AOP and PSP periods, with prepara- tion of Power Point decks, HFM reports and analysis

• Solely responsible for the monthly reconciliation of HQ G&A budgets of the Com- mercial team

PepsiCo UAE: April 2015 to September 2015.

• Part of the HR Transformation team, supporting the team in the implementation of myHR in China, Egypt and Taiwan.

• Involved in the sustenance of myHR in release 1, 2, 3 and 4 countries.

• Serves as a link between the Global HR Ops team and the region teams by handling queries, addressing the client’s concerns and helping resolve data issues in the sys- tem.

• Supporting day-to-day HR Operations through data analysis and reporting.

• Identifying data gaps in EC and analysing the reason for the gaps, and ensuring the data gaps are closed and the data is up to date.
