Responsible for providing technical support during change package implementation, when requested

Contribute to the fulfilment of projects and organizational objectives while building working relationships with both internal employees and customers

Coordinate with a team of engineers to develop system architecture to meet customer requirements

Handle the tasks of reviewing customer technical requirements and assisting customer in defining requested new features related to system network

Sometimes handle the tasks of Testing and documenting work flow of customer's business processes and make appropriate recommendations, if required
