1.Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Western Union Business Solutions Dec 2011 – Apr 2018

Served as the lead QA and successfully led the quality assurance testing status from red to yellow and finally green, ensured product quality meets specified functional, performance and business requirements in timely manner with QA management tools Jira/Redmine.

Reviewed and participated in Sprint Planning meeting with the Product owner to understand the project in details to user stories created Test scenarios and Test cases and mapped them to the requirements to ensure requirement coverage in the form of RTM.

Successfully delivery the white label FX payment solution for Canadian Western Bank with Single Sign-In and Auto Debit Payment features, assisted the CWB QA team conducting end-to-end testing within its T24 system.

Participated GPA database migration to GPFI project, validated the migrated data from the front end (GPFI platform) and back end (database & BackOffice) as well according the client- Rakuten Bank’s requirements.
