WORKING EXPERIENCE

Present Working in L & T Construction, WDFC CTP-1 & CTP-2 Railway Project, SOJITZ – L & T Rewari to Iqbalgarh (626 Km) double line track construction from July 2014 to till date as Installation and Maintenance Engineer in of all kind electrically operated machineries in P&M (Plant & machineries) department.

Roles & Responsibilities Highlights:

Maintenance and installation of electrical different types panels in machines.

Maintenance and monitoring of Gantry cranes (up to capacity of 50MT). Also, synchronization of gantries using wireless radio remote control system for tandem lifting activity.

Dealing with Rajasthan electricity board for 11KV 3 phase power supply installation and monitoring maintenance work of CTPT, 11KV/415V stepdown Transformer, VCB, distribution panel and APFC panel.

Maintenance and monitoring of DG sets for backup power supply (15KVA to 1010KVA DG Sets).

Proper routing of HT & LT power cables (undergrounding).

Experience in maintenance work of crusher plant (up to 300TPH) and batching plant (up to 30TPH).

Work experience in Marwar Depot (WDFC, Rajasthan) as P&M engineer and maintenance work for different rail running equipment (i.e. Flashbutt Welding machines, UTV, NTC, Tamping Machines, BRM, Motor Trolley etc.).

Maintenance, commissioning of Holland LP welding machines and monitoring of welding joints at depot plant. Also welding of rail panels at site on track with RRV (Rail come road vehicle).

Maintenance of power tools (i.e. angle grinders, drill machines etc.), Air compressors, HPSV lights, High mast lights etc.

Allocation of manpower like electricians, mechanics and operators with proper planning for maximum utilization.

Spare parts management and maintaining consumables stock for smooth running of site. Communicating with procurement team for getting materials within time.

Attending unplanned breakdowns and getting the best available solution with time period. Also finding out the route cause to avoid the same in future.

Key Skills:

Able to take responsibility and manpower allocation of team strength of more than 50 skilled and 100 labors.

Ability to diagnosis faults quickly using circuit drawings of machines.

Sense of cost effectivity.

Good in communication with colleagues and clients.

10th Passed from Masat Aptap Mitra High School (WBBSE Board) in the F.Y. 2009 with 69.6% marks.

12th Passed from Masat Aptap Mitra High School (WBCHSE Board) in the F.Y. 2011 with 59.6% marks.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering completed from TECHNIQUE POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE, Hooghly (West Bengal State Council of Technical Education Board) in the F.Y. 2014 with 80.9% marks.

Train attuned on ‘Electrical Transmission & Distribution’ from 3rd June 2013 to 15th June 2013 (13 days) in West Bengal state electricity Transmission Company limited (WBSETCL).
