I contracted with my company, Moonstone Welding Ltd in Bidell's Spooling

Department on Nightshift for 10 months. I welded pipe spools for both

Sweet and Sour Service Compressor Packages. Anything from 1" up to 16' in various thicknesses from STD to XXH buttwelds. Most of it 100% x ray with MIG root/F4(E7018) and I also was one of their First Aiders and had the responsibility of shutting down/ locking up the shop some nights_ The remainder Of my tenure was on dayshift performing the same responsibilities.

For the last 10 years I have been running my own portable welding service. I have done various different scopes of work from structural for drilling companies, piping systems for mechanical contractors in commercial to x ray piping in industrial. Also done many shutdowns in live plants with my steam fitting ticket for plant maintenance. Plants include Suncor Sherwood park, Agrium Carseland, Orica Carseland and CFL Medicine Hat. New construction in Suncor Sherwood Park, Shell Scotford Ft Saskatchewan, Co-Op Regina and Suncor Fort Hills. All projects done through UA 488,496 and 179(Pipefitter's union) 1999-2006 Toromont Process Systems

Started as a laborer and worked myself up to a B pressure welder in spooling for three years. I have also worked in vessels, skid assembly and fabrication assembly in my time at Toromont

I enjoy golfing, badminton, softball, camping, working on cars, and hunting
