The project involves development and maintenance of CITI ATM claims for the checks and the notes deposited in the BNA(Bunch note acceptor) and BCA (Bunch check acceptor devices) and the transaction got failed due to some back end reasons. We store data of the deposits happened in ATM in EJlogs once the customer end the session in the ATM. The EJ data is transferred to the database and stored in the EJdata table. We developed a portal to fetch the data of the customer reported and do the analysis and provide the solution to the claims team.

Project Description:

This Project deals with the maintenance of customer calls that are routed to the center for those Queries that are related to the Product (IFB Washing machines, dish washer). Representative who attends a customer’s call enters the details into our system with all the necessary information given by the customer and also that are needed by the system. Main function of this System is the Call Register module where all the calls that are entered manually would be assigned to the franchises automatically. The status of the call can be known at any point of time. Various MIS Reports can also be taken from the system at any point of time. This online module is built under three-tier architecture. All the modules are available in both windows and web application. Data’s from the individual Windows applications are later uploaded into the server. These offline modules communicate through the web service to the centralized database.

In the inventory module consists of Material Receipt Notice (MRN), Stock Transfer Indent (STI), Indent request and Delivery Challan generations. In Sales and Amc modules system has the facility to offer request, Offer Approval, Finalizing of the offer etc. All the modules have reports separately for each transaction type.
