Repairing and Troubleshooting: Become part of 6 weeks internship in Jamkash Vehicleades. It was great experience to have real life engagement with Vehicle problems associated with daily traffic. Brake troubleshooting which most often occurs; steering assembly damages and failures, and oil changes were part of this intern. Working along with experienced mechanics brushed my concepts to further level. Management and agility got infused into my interpersonal skills.
PROJECTS
Baja Vehicle May 2017-Jan 2018
ATV based competition, in which a team of 20 members worked together to manufacture a buggy to overcome track hurdles and meet competition requirements. I worked on Braking of buggy, and our challenge was to produce lightest and economical braking assembly without any compromise on efficiency of assembly. Deductive approach was used to calculate required size of disc, pedal and combination of other necessary components to have four wheel lockups. During calculation, C++ helped me to iterate values multiple times without going through multiple rough works. Apart from that I had worked on bodyworks of buggy for proper aesthetic display and to meet Technical specification of buggy. Project helped me to understand what Teamwork and Team-Spirit is for.
Solar panel Efficiency Feb. 2019-April 2019
Studied effect of temperature on solar panel efficiency and produced a drop in surface temperature using Phase Change Material (PCM). Drop in temperature has resulted in increased power output. PCM acts as storage unit which gets charged during day and discharges during night time. Study uncovered lot more things, I was unaware of. Current studies happening around and future scope anticipation in same field were completely delivered. Solid works software was used to create prototype and visualize assembly. We worked as team to build team management and team spirit. We had presented same research for publication in NCETMER-2019 held at PIET in Haryana.
