He single-handedly involved in upgrading the ITSM system from 8.x version to 18.x version along with various integration such as ADDM and CMDB. Creating solution design for the same.

Description: Implemented ITSM solution along with SRM and DWP (MYIT) for end users. I was involved from the initial stage in this project.
