Assistance in product development activities related to composite spacecraft structural products. This includes, configuration studies using 3D packages like CATIA, preliminary level FE analysis using FEA packages like PATRAN, NASTRAN and meshing using packages like Hypermesh. Also assisted in preparing various documents/reports/plans associated with the above mentioned activities.

ELECTRONIC COOLING BY SYNTHETIC JET IMPINGEMENT (CFD) The efficiency and mechanisms of cooling a constant heat flux surface by impinging synthetic jets were investigated experimentally and different parameters affecting the heat transfer rate were analysed using CFD software. Project was focused on heat transfer methods by synthetic jets that can be used in application requiring significant amounts of heat removal from electronic components.
