• Review and understand Engineering policies and procedure, participate in any improvement were required

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Establish and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)

• Verifying that welding inspection has been performed and joints have been released.

• In-process surveillance to verify compliance with specified piping erection procedure including flange alignments, Bolt torqueing, cleanliness etc.

• Performing piping walk down inspection and completing punch list. Verifying punch list system dealt with in accordance with the contractual arrangements.

• Reviewing and verifying completeness of piping test packages (hydro and pneumatic) prior to testing

• Witnessing final piping tests

• Completing and endorsing all inspection records from initial inspection till final inspection of piping system.

• Coordinate QC monthly meeting and review the Quality performance of the team.

• Periodically execute the Quality awareness session with welders and all other craftsman for quality improvement.

• Compile and reconcile all inspection report and prepare of Quality Control Dossiers upon completion of all the project activities and organize for Client approval

• Ensure all records such as PAR, CAR, NCR, etc. Are maintained as per project requirements and QMS.

• Overall control of Non-Conforming products, Root Cause Analysis and coordinate with project team to initiate the appropriate Corrective/Preventive action for Non- conformance’s identified during the construction activities

• Monitoring the control and issue of welding electrodes.

• Review day to day applications for x-raying of welds.

• Compete site quality instructions to subcontractors when required.

• Monitoring of welder performance every week based on the NDT result

• All type of inspection like PWHT, Preheating, Post heating, NDT, PMI, Hardness test etc. as per job requirement
