Managing compensation design and implementation for 35000 employees globally across 50+ countries (including ~18000 employees across US and Canada)

Subject Matter Expert for medium to large global compensation-related projects and/or initiatives that require partnership with HRBP and business leaders to ensure successful project implementation & outcomes

Market Intelligence & Salary Range Creation:
