It is one of the leading integrated steel sector in India and produce higher steel production (12MTPA) in one area. According World Steel Dynamic (WSD) report JSW had got 5th position in worldwide produce steel. In 2010 & 2014 JSW Bellary get PM award also. JSW steel ltd (Bellary) was to achieving 16 MPTA at 2015 June but their target production was 32MPTA.

I was joined at 9th Sep 2013, and right now i had Working as a Jr. Engg from Sep ’2014 to till date.

Currently I had been working in JSW Steel Ltd it is located in Bellary, Karnataka. Right now JSW was collaborated with Japan Factory Enterprises (JFE) For Continues Annealing Line. I was joined as a “DET” in operation & Quality Control side.

Working on continuous annealing line with integrated skin pass mill, trimmer, Oiler and online cleaning facility using H2 and N2 as protective atmosphere in vertical furnace.

I had work experience in BHUSHAN STEELS at Angul, ODISSA from Aug,2012 to Aug 2013 as a junior supervisor trainee.

Handling operation of Non-OX Furnace and Zinc pot.

Coordinating with all related department such as PPC, mill for continuous supply of material. H2, N2, & LNG dept. for uninterrupted supply of gas.
