After development of the prototype went live, Mr. Sealock transitioned to the lead the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team providing a complete range of IT services to the NTC. As the Chief Architect, Mr. Sealock was responsible for the design and implementation of the Targeting Framework Prototype which was the principal system used to target, track, research, and monitor all terrorist and criminal activity of both passengers and cargo crossing the US borders. Mr. Sealock provided enterprise wide support in Systems Administration, Network Administration and Software Development for the Enhanced Traffic Management System (ETMS) at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Air Traffic System Command Center (ATCSCC) in Herndon, Va.
