I have an extensive background in IT management, system architecture, data center management, software development, database management, configuration management, LAN/WAN and network administration, training, network security and over 40 years of experience. I have a current full BI clearance with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

I am an expert at VBA... I have developed VBA addins in excess of 40,000 lines of VBA code including public functions all accessible directly from any workbook. The public subroutines are all accessible from a customized ribbon including multi-level menus, drop downs and buttons. The ribbon has also been developed to support context or role based presentation where the users ribbon will self adjust based upon their needs. My addins are also certificate signed and will work in a secure environment as required by the STIGs.

He was the Sr. System Engineer providing the design and implementation of the Targeting Framework prototype for passenger and cargo vetting for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Targeting Center (NTC). After development of the prototype went live, Mr. Sealock transitioned to the lead the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team providing a complete range of IT services to the NTC. As the Chief Architect, Mr. Sealock was responsible for the design and implementation of the Targeting Framework Prototype which was the principal system used to target, track, research, and monitor all terrorist and criminal activity of both passengers and cargo crossing the US borders. The Targeting Framework has been deployed throughout the entire US and is used by CBP, ICE, Border Patrol, FAM, FBI and USDA.

Mr. Sealock’s project management, technical support, and software development support for Genuity’s Tier 2 eBusiness Web Hosting Systems Support Group included management of over 140 systems support engineers with a budget in excess of $14 million, technical support of over 5,000 web-hosting systems, and software development.

Mr. Sealock provided enterprise wide support in Systems Administration, Network Administration and Software Development for the Enhanced Traffic Management System (ETMS) at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Air Traffic System Command Center (ATCSCC) in Herndon, Va. These systems were used to monitor and control all air traffic in the US, Canada, England and Scotland.

Mr. Sealock has provided program management of multiyear contracts valued in excess of $15 million and staffed with over 50 employees and multiple sub-contractors. Responsibilities include: project management for several projects in the DOD and civilian government agency areas; technical direction to all software development programs within the corporation; management and operation of corporate headquarters data center.
