A fully qualified Quantity Surveyor, I have been working in the construction industry for the past 5 years and I am looking to join an expanding and go - getting organization where I can progress my career. I am able to manage all costs relating to building and MEP projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. I'll seek to minimize the cost of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. I will prepare estimates and costs of the work and when the project is in progress, I will also keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.
