- Reviewing and approving all designs and calculations of HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting systems submitted by the contractors and approving as per project specification, code & standards and Recommend necessary modifications or alterations.

- Reviewing and approving material submittals, method statements, commissioning procedures, inspection and test plan(ITP), O & M manual, shop drawings, as built drawings, factory acceptance documents(FAT), RFIs, Civil defense documents, pre-qualification documents of subcontractors of All mechanical works submitted by the contractors.

- Oversees construction supervisions with the coordination of inspectors working under me including interpreting plans and drawings and provide the required technical and commercial assistance regarding all Mechanical activities.
