Project : OneView

Client: One of the ecommerce application of CGI

Project Description: OneView is a Web based Retail Front End Ordering enterprise application used by Bell retail stores for the Bell Telecommunication products to retrieve customer profile and perform ordering process for the below Bell Lines of Businesses Client of Rubixe is a major banking client in India . The project goal is to calculate customer credit score and, which is then used for asset risk management and risk modelling of the asset portfolio. Govindu’s Contribution: Govindu worked in Machine Learning modelling and evaluation from exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, model building and evaluation. Customer Enquiry Data contains customer’s historical enquiry data such as enquiry amount and enquiry purpose and Demographics Data contains current customer applications with demographic data. This project required significant data cleaning and transformation. Model is successfully delivered to the client. Deployment is out of the scope. March’15

Client: IT services company in Netherlands, Client of Rubixe Project Description: The Bell Canada Enterprise application

(BCE.CA) is Bell Canada’s Investor website for propagation of financial. Business and regulatory information. It has significant traffic increase 8-12 times a year (Quarterly Results Calls & Events) Govindu’s Contribution: Govindu was involved from initial discussion of this project till the final delivery. Govindu lead the initial data extraction and preparation phase with other other junior colleagues. There was challenges with data, as there were significant wrong entries and human biases were present (about 30%). Akshay used ITSM knowledge with data science technique to transform the data, used XGBOOST to create classifier with 92% accuracy. Project was successfully delivered and deployed at client location.
