Associate Director - Customer Financial Services (2005-Present)

Manage and direct a department comprised of 100+ customer financial services employees. Maintain responsibility for an A/R reconciliation portfolio valued at $6B+, comprised of enterprise and government customers contracts. Oversee collection policies with responsibility for exceeding company expectations for days sales outstanding (DSO) less than 36 days and bad debt % of revenue under .16 for Verizon Wireless (VZW).

Create track and monitor program budgets, forecasts, schedules and headcount for the Charleston Call Center B2B Team.

Provide direct leadership to 8 Supervisors and 90+ Coordinators with responsibilities for the daily maintenance of VZW Federal Government accounts and Wireless/Landline clients in Wholesale and Affiliate segments.

Develop and implement performance goals and objectives; consistently produce results that exceed all business expectations.

Partner with Fortune 100 customers, Sales Directors and Vice Presidents on contractual billing discrepancies that result in non-payment; ensure accurate credits and payments are tracked and prioritized in order to reduce the risk of lost revenue.
