Project Description

+ The project of work consists of an approximately 2 acres of VENTURES which represent of the construction of High rise Buildings Structures. the project is located in Hyderabad and provides a huge rise in commercial and residential buildings, with the development of new business and commercial sector.

Duties & Responsibilities

+ Moin Ventures is a residential and commercial Project located in Hyderabad, the Project offers Skillfully designed Apartments and Offices.

+ Responsible for quality Estimation and Valuation at the project site and report to the Construction Manager in the issues related to non- conformance & deficiencies in the quantity management process at the site. Assist the Construction Manager in overall Quantity control of the site, Provide advises & suggestion to improve Quantity control by reducing the wastage and contingencies at construction site & assist project manager to achieve the target with respect to Quantity issues & ISO 9001:2015.

+ Assist the Construction Manager in preparation of all related Quantity documents such as BOQ's & Valuation Reports.

+ Direct supervision, monitoring & execution of all construction site activities as per latest approved drawings ensuring all quality & safety requirements.

+ Inspection & checking reinforcement steel for all concrete works.

+ Coordination with project engineer regarding the progress of works at site. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.

+ Discussing & managing with the project engineer related to manpower & equipment on daily basis.
