Duties included: Performing Safety Audits of HMT personnel working in

Customers’ facilities, such as ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Shell/Motiva,

Dow Chemical, Valero, Colonial Pipeline, Placid and CITGO, etc.

Conduct and prepare formal investigation of all injuries, accidents and

OSHA recordable incidents. Administered Safety Orientation, training and

testing of all new employees for these two Regions. Review and grade

Field Safety Inspections performed by company management personnel.

Proctor for administering OQ Testing. Liaison to customer Safety

Departments.

Initialized company operations manual and all related procedures. Specialized in Design/Build of Private/Public Works Projects.

Averaged erecting over 400,000 SF of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings

per year.

Modified AGC Safety Manual to fit daily operation of company. Company had only one OSHA recordable in 10 years.

Joined privately held company that had been in home remodeling business for five (5) years, averaging $400,000 annually. Established insurance bonding line and bank credit line. At time of my departure, the company was doing $12,000.000.00 annually. Developed company procedure manual and

employee manual, including job descriptions. Wrote company safety
